With the increasing scale of expressway construction and the increasing perfection of expressway network,the expressway in China has gradually transitioned from the period of comprehensive construction to the period of maintenance and management.In the long-term operation and maintenance of highways in China,a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources have been invested,but the expected maintenance results are often not achieved.The problems existing in the highway pavement maintenance engineering are paid more and more attention by the maintenance management organization.Through the analysis of the maintenance history,it is found that there are many reasons for the unsatisfactory maintenance effect,but almost every maintenance case with problems has a great relationship with the lack of timely and necessary evaluation.Therefore,the establishment of pavement maintenance benefit evaluation system has become a hot issue of PMS(pavement management system).Firstly,based on the development trend of pavement management system at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the development status of pavement maintenance benefit evaluation method.Taking the highway pavement maintenance benefit evaluation as the entry point and combining the engineering economics principle and statistics principle,the connotation and evaluation method of pavement maintenance benefit evaluation are expounded comprehensively.Secondly,according to the actual needs of expressway asphalt pavement maintenance management,based on the expressway network data of Zhejiang province,the data are collected,sorted out and statistically classified.Through the establishment of decay model,the long-term performance change and the influencing factors of the technical measures of asphalt pavement maintenance of expressway were studied deeply.Then on the basis of summarizing various pavement performance indexes and typical maintenance technical measures,the comprehensive evaluation of highway pavement maintenance measures is carried out from two key directions of technology and economy.In this paper,a new method of calculation called "step equivalent area method" is put forward,and the most cost-effective combination of maintenance measures with a 20-year cycle is determined by applying LCA(Life Cycle Assessment)theory.Using CART decision tree,data mining was carried out on benefit of pavement maintenance technical measures,which provided theoretical reference and technical support for improvement of maintenance technical measures.Finally in highway pavement maintenance performance evaluation method,on the basis of preliminary established the highway asphalt pavement maintenance performance evaluation system,uses AHP analytic hierarchy process,considering the maintenance measures of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit,to calculate the weight of each index,and through multiple linear regression method to analyze the different traffic,road characteristics under the condition of conservation measures in all kinds of benefits,finally formed a set of more scientific and reasonable evaluation system,and applied to the highway road network in Zhejiang province.
