Building ventilation plays an important role in architectural design and is an integral part of the building's physical environment. The natural ventilation of the building can exchange indoor and outdoor air, regulate the indoor thermal environment and save building energy consumption, which is an important means to realize green building.Office buildings are the main place for people to work, and they are closely related to people's health.Office buildings with good ventilation are essential.Taking Nanjing office building as an example, this paper studies the ventilation performance of office buildings, understands the influence factors, and provides guidance for the ventilation design and practice of office buildings. The article firstly combs the research status at home and abroad in the field of ventilation, and sorts out the existing research methods and evaluation indexes of natural ventilation. It finds that there are certain limitations in the analysis methods of existing evaluation indicators, and proposes to use the "wind frequency method" instead of leading. The analysis method of wind direction determines the indoor comprehensive wind speed and evaluates the ventilation performance of office buildings.Through literature research and field visits,we surveyed 10 office buildings in Nanjing, and concluded that Nanjing office buildings have a flat layout pattern, reasonable use of natural ventilation types, transitional season ventilation, natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation, and some office buildings.Insufficient ventilation performance.By setting different working conditions, establishing different models, using scSTREAM V12 software for numerical simulation, focusing on the analysis of the effects of building monomer, wind direction, window opening form, window opening area and window opening and closing on the ventilation performance of office buildings.Select an office building to conduct on-site actual measurement, compare the field measured data with the results of numerical simulation, analyze the performance difference between design expectation and on-site measurement, and propose measures to narrow the difference. In addition, the comparison results show that the indoor comprehensive wind speed determined by the “wind frequency method” is closer to the actual situation than the outdoor wind speed determined by the dominant wind direction. The research results can provide theoretical support for the engineering performance of the ventilation performance of office buildings. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the research background and research significance of this research. It combs the current situation of building ventilation research at home and abroad, and determines the research content, research objectives, research methods and technical routes. The second chapter mainly summarizes the evaluation indexes and influence factors of ventilation performance of office buildings.Firstly, the basic principles and engineering examples of natural ventilation are introduced.Secondly, the methods, evaluation indicators and influence factors of natural ventilation are summarized. The analysis method of using the “wind frequency method” instead of the dominant wind direction is proposed to determine the indoor comprehensive wind speed as a new evaluation index,it will make up for the shortcomings of considering only the dominant wind direction in the study of building wind environment. The third chapter conducted a preliminary analysis of the climate in Nanjing, and visited 10 office buildings to summarize the ventilation status of Nanjing office buildings. The fourth chapter analyzes the factors affecting the ventilation performance of office buildings, such as building unit, wind direction, window opening form, window opening area and window opening and closing,by setting different working conditions. The fifth chapter introduces the equipment and test plan used for on-site actual measurement of office buildings, analyzes and analyzes the results of on-site measurement, compares the field measured data with the results of numerical simulation, and analyzes the design expectations and field measurements.Differences in performance, suggesting measures to narrow the difference. The sixth chapter comprehensively summarizes the research content and research results of this paper, explains the shortcomings and limitations, and puts forward suggestions for the content of the next research work.
