Study On The Communication Space Design Of Yingfa Ruineng R&D Center

Based on innovation,High-tech industry has become the key driving force for economic development under the background of knowledge economy,which has made innovation the core competitiveness of national economic construction.At the same time,closely related to innovation,the construction of enterprise R&D center has also been flourishing.As the material space carrier of knowledge innovation,the function of communication and learning of R&D buildings has been more and more prominent.Ways to create interactive,open,comfortable and efficient communication space has been widespread concerned.Based on the design of Yingfa Ruineng R&D Center project,this paper explored the design strategy of R&D buildings communication space.Following the principle of designing for people,it first analyzed the interaction behavior pattern and psychological needs of R&D personnel,meanwhile looked for the physiological comfort and psychological preference factors that affect user interaction.Through the analysis of relevant cases,the paper systematically proposed the design method of communication space in R&D center from the macro to the micro aspects.As for the connection with the city,on the one hand,the project studied the overall layout of the communication space,and focused on the quantitative analysis of spatial scales and interfaces,meanwhile proposed specific values such as aspect ratio and enclosing parameters.On the other hand,through the analysis of functional requirements and mixed mode,the project explored the promotion of mixed-use on communication activities.As for the spatial form design,aimed at promoting informal communication,the project respectively discussed the design points of the sunken plaza,the underlying overhead,the airwalk and the outdoor platform to create a multi-level,fluid,and threedimensional external communication space.As for the spatial atmosphere,the project discussed the adjustment effect of wind and light on the comfort of communication space from the perspective of green building,and expounded the influence of landscape facilities such as green plants,water bodies and seats on communication behavior.Finally,it summarized the design principles of the communication space in the R&D center and looked forward to the future development trend.Through theoretically study of the communication space from qualitative description and quantitative analysis,which on the one hand was verified in the project to realize the process of research analysis and to guide the design practice,and on the other hand triggered the architect to pay more attention to the demand for communication behavior in the R&D office environment,this paper provided an effective reference for the design of communication space in the R&D buildings.Total word:about 29,000 words,with 86 illustrations and 17 forms...
