Construction machinery is an important tool for national infrastructure construction.With the rapid progress of modernization,Construction machinery towards the direction of large-scale and automation,It puts forward higher requirements for the lubrication of mechanical equipment.Although the lubrication equipment is only as the auxiliary equipment of the construction machinery,but it is the most important auxiliary equipment,It's a relatively independent mechanical and electrical integration equipment,It plays a more and more important role in ensuring the security of the host,improving the running efficiency of the host,and ensuring the running function of the construction machinery.Construction machinery users pay more and more attention to lubrication.On the basis of analysised the deficiency of existing domestic and international engineering machinery lubrication system,especially the lubrication cycle is fixed and the lubrication condition can not be detected,This paper presents that the lubrication point temperature can be used as starting lubrication condition,a more accurate and intelligent new lubrication scheme is designed.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the overall lubrication scheme of intelligent centralized lubrication system is determined,taking a gold mine workshop equipment as the design object,the lubrication scheme is designed in detail,Including the determination of the location of the grease,the choice of grease,lubrication control method to determine,and the selection of important components are described in detail.Secondly,according to the specific requirements of the lubrication system,on the basis of the study on the defects of the fixed lubrication cycle in the past lubrication process,a new control scheme is designed based on fuzzy control method,and completed in the upper computer PLC.The hardware circuit of slave computer is designed,Using ARM microcontroller STM32 chip as the core,designed the operation of the amplifier,485 communications,digital display,multi switch circuit and other external need to match with.Thirdly,the system software program is completed with PLC as the host computer and the MCU as the lower computer,the function of the system is modularized,Including lubrication pump control subroutine,temperature detection subroutine,upper and lower computer communication subroutine,etc.and simulated using Step7 and Keil uVision5 software.Lastly,Man machine interface is designed based on SIEMENS touch screen,using WinCC configuration software to design the user display program,including model and function settings,system parameter settings,lubrication pump control,lubrication point statusdisplay,fault alarm,historical data records,etc..
