With the globalization of economy,the increasing complexity of products,the acceleration of product upgrading and the formation of customized production mode put forward higher requirements for enterprises.With the development of computer simulation technology and the emergence of virtual reality technology,Digital Factory technology has gradually become a new research hotspot.Digital factory technology transforms the traditional design and planning based on manual and experience into the accurate and reliable planning and design based on computer simulation and optimization.This paper takes the design verification and optimization of overseas DMA factories of DK company as the theme,finds out the defects in the design and puts forward the optimization direction through the simulation of later operation.Thus,it reduces the time of plant and process planning,shortens the production preparation period,optimizes the production line configuration,reduces the amount of engineering changes,and reduces the development cost and investment risk.In this paper,firstly,the process flow of hub mixed flow production line is analyzed.On this basis,operational modeling and simulation of hub mixed flow production line are carried out,and then production efficiency analysis and optimization of hub mixed flow production line is carried out by using the result data of simulation experiment.The research contents are detailed as follows:Firstly,the mixed flow production process of wheel is analyzed.Analyze production requirements,investigate existing production organization and process analysis.Start with production source planning,analyze production execution system.The function and process flow of melting,die casting,machining and coating workshop were investigated and analyzed in detail.Therefore,problems arise in combination with requirements analysis,and simplify the modeling of the problem.Secondly,the overall production process is modeled based on the factory simulation technology.The main research objects focus on the die casting and machining workshops with prominent problems.Methods and contents include table design and collection ofsimulation data,modeling of two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of equipment,implementation of simulation logic,and datalization of simulation results.Finally,production efficiency analysis and optimization based on simulation results.According to the simulation results,the manufacturing resource efficiency is quantified and the line balance is calculated.It mainly covers the utilization rate of all kinds of equipment,deep excavation of bottleneck links and bottleneck drift analysis;Quantitative analysis of personnel compliance and bottleneck mining.So the quantity allocation and personnel allocation are optimized,and the process time is optimized.In addition,aiming at the problem of large inventory that the target company urgently needs to solve at present,the attempt of leveling production scheduling is made.
