Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Abandoned Ancient Villages In Southern Shaanxi

With the rapid development of urbanization in recent years,there are more and more abandoned villages in China.Some of these villages have profound historical accumulation and high cultural,artistic,scientific and social economic values.But the protection and utilization of these values have never been noticed.After the large-scale immigration and relocation of the southern Shaanxi,many abandoned villages were produced.Due to the limitation of their own conditions,these abandoned ancient villages can not be incorporated into the existing protection system of ancient villages.According to the existing land policy,these abandoned ancient villages should instead be included in the scope of homestead reclamation or ecological restoration.Due to the lack of scientific and effective guidance,many existing treatment methods can not protect and make good use of the value of these abandoned ancient villages.Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept of abandoned ancient villages,and takes abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi as the research object to carry out this study.The research attempts to seek the ways of protection and utilization of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi from the perspectives of evaluation,classification,protection,utilization and system guarantee.It also hopes to put forward corresponding implementation suggestions for the protection and utilization of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi,and to provide some reference for the protection and utilization of abandoned ancient villages in China.Firstly,based on the field investigation of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi,the study analyzes and summarizes the reasons and current characteristics of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi,and further clarifies their value characteristics and the dilemma of protection and utilization.Secondly,based on the analysis and summary of the existing research on the value evaluation of ancient villages,a comprehensive value evaluation model for the protection and utilization of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi is established,which can be used as a technical tool to quantitatively study the value and utilization conditions of abandoned ancient villages,and provide a basis for the classification of abandoned ancient villages.Thirdly,this study classifies abandoned ancient villages according to the results of comprehensive value evaluation,and combines the case practice of Daziliang,puts forward ways and means of protection and utilization of different types of abandoned ancient villages.Finally,based on the study of the existing institutional mechanisms and related policies in China,this paper puts forward the institutional path of protection and utilization of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi from the aspects of legal system,management mechanism,land policy and financial security.The results show that there are a large number of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi,which have the value of protection and utilization,and their value is highlighted in the regional history,village landscape and traditional wisdom with high ornamental and research value.Secondly,because of the difference and complexity of the causes and current situation of abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi,it is necessary to classify them on the basis of comprehensive value evaluation.Therefore,a comprehensive value evaluation model for abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi is established from the aspects of history,culture,natural environment,architectural heritage and utilization conditions.Then,according to the results of comprehensive value evaluation,the abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi Province are characterized by three types: historical value,natural landscape and comprehensive value,which requires different targeted recommendations in terms of protection and utilization.Finally,the abandoned ancient villages in southern Shaanxi need to improve the protection and utilization system from four aspects: building protection system,improving supervision and management mechanism,reforming land policy and broadening protection funds.
