At present,China's economy is developing rapidly,and the cargo throughput of bridge grab ship unloaders on the port is continuously increasing.In order to meet the work efficiency requirements,the bridge grab ship unloader system needs to gradually shift from backward manual operation to In the automatic control stage,steel structures and mechanical components should be optimized and upgraded in structural adjustment.In terms of operation,the Majishan port unloader applies a traditional electrical automation control system,which frees the driver from high-strength work.However,in the automatic control of the overall operation of the ship unloader,there is still room for optimization in suppressing the swing of the grab and optimizing the trajectory.In order to solve the swing problem during the grab operation,this paper first systematically analyzes the operation process of the trolley and the grab,and studies the system model of the Grab Ship Unloader at Majishan Port,and the overall operation of the trolley and grab.The process establishes an effective physical model,explores the connection between the two,and obtains a complete model of the grappling process.Considering the goal of optimizing the car's swing and suppressing the swing of the grab in a certain distance,this paper proposes two types of crane unloader's operation plan in the horizontal direction.After our application of simulation software ADAMS to verify the simulation,we redesigned the two movement modes to effectively solve the grabbing swing problem.In addition,in order to further improve the safety performance of the grab unloader after reconstruction,this paper theoretically calculates the steel structure of the bridge grab system and proposes an adjustment and optimization plan based on the transformation of grab sway control Through the theoretical calculation of the steel structure of the system,the stress intensity,distribution and stress level of the main steel structure stress components of the bridge grab ship unloader system are comprehensively evaluated,and the normal and abnormal working conditions of the system are analyzed.The influence of the stress and deformation of the steel structural parts of the bridge grab ship unloader is to guide the overall reliability and safety of the system during the renovation process.Finally,we applied the research results in the actual transformation of the grab unloader system.In the reconstruction project of Majishan Port Ship Unloader System,through the analysis of the system principle,the electrical control system,remote communication assistance system and steel structure of the bridge grab ship unloader were redesigned.After completing the technical transformation of the system,the work efficiency of the bridge grab ship unloader system has been greatly improved,and the safety performance during the operation of the system has been guaranteed.
