With the increasing of port throughput,the requirement of working efficiency of bridge grab ship unloader is higher and higher.Manual or basic semi-automatic bridge ship unloader can not meet the need of high productivity,and because too many human factors increase the safety risk of production operation,so bridge grab ship unloader control system The full automation of the system is the main research direction of the research institutes at home and abroad.However,in reality,the automation development process of the control system of ship unloader crane equipment is not proportional to the time of putting forward the concept of automation mode of operation,which is far from meeting people's expectations.Suppressing the swing of the grab and optimizing the trajectory of the grab are the key links in the automation of the bridge ship unloader control system.Based on the theory of the mature control system of bridge grab ship unloader at home and abroad,the control system of bridge grab ship unloader is deeply studied in this paper.Through the analysis of the environment of bridge grab ship unloader,the operation law of car-grab and real-time data,an intelligent closed-loop system is established and mathematics is established.The model obtains the optimized module and calculation results,calculates the control method of acceleration matching between the car and the grab in each stage,controls the swing in the grab operation,and optimizes the trajectory of the grab system.The software and hardware parameters such as frequency converter,PLC and encoder are selected and adjusted according to the specific functional requirements,so that they can be combined with the anti-swing and trajectory optimization parameters obtained by calculation to realize the automation of the control system and achieve the goal of optimizing the control system.It has certain practical significance to realize the progress of automation of control system of bridge grab ship unloader,to improve the efficiency of ship unloader and to reduce the fatigue degree of ship unloader operators.Figure 44;Table 12;Reference 53.
