Expanding infrastructure and upgrading technology to provide clean energy in all developing countries is a crucial goal that can both encourage growth and help the environment,The beginning of the twenty-first century witnessed an extensive debate on environmental issues such as energy,sustainability and climate change,economic issue such as poverty and the global financial crises,social and health.These issues have come to embody the state of imbalance through depletion of resources,excessive consumption and monopoly of conventional energy resources and technology.All of which disrupted the balance between the universe,humanity and life.Therefore alternative sources of energy must be developed simultaneously in order to achieve economic development without drastic changes to the earth's climate.This research is an attempt to understand how the transition to a new renewable energy and green economy in the Arab Region.It depends on the accumulation of knowledge,the transfer of experience,the development of a new culture of research,technology management,innovation and entrepreneurship,and the development of the private sector's role in renewable energy,all these above referred elements will tackle und the title of knowledge management.To achieve the objectives of the research the following stages are pursued:· Documented Arab Countries experiences in the renewable energy sector.· Develop a vision for the transferring of knowledge in the renewable energy sector among Arab countries.· Examine the role of energy projects across national boundaries in promoting regional cooperation and integration.· Get advantages from China's great experience with its successful strategy “one belt one road” initiative,including its programs in the field of renewable energy;that leads to create new metrics to be adopted such as the sustainability index,the human development index and the index of national happiness among other indicators.The research will approve that the shift to renewable energy in Arab Region requires profound changes in Arabic governments energy policies,economic structure,industrial technology,research and development and integrated between Arab countries.
