Since the release of the no.9 document and supporting documents on electricity reform,China has made great progress in the construction of electricity marketization.It is the focus and direction of current work to gradually open day-ahead and real-time market transactions.Electricity market is different from other trade markets.How to make use of market means to make electricity market transactions comply with the market competition rules of "fair,just and open" and meet the requirements of safety,reliability and economy of power system operation is the key issue that needs to be solved urgently.The near-real-time operation of the day-ahead power market has an important influence on the operation of the next-day power system and the development of the real-time power market.In addition,the proportion of renewable energy in the power system is increasing rapidly,and the uncertainty introduced thereby has become a major challenge for the operation of the power system and the management of the power market.This paper design the program and the renewable energy uncertainty day-ahead market clearing mechanism,the mechanism on the basis of the medium and long term trading,with electricity price,distribution price(nodes)on hair,electricity price response loop iteration,eventually form not only ensure participation main body is fair to participate in market competition,and meet the power system operation constraints,and cope with the uncertainty of renewable energy has cleared out electricity and running plan.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)briefly introduce the theories related to day-ahead power market transaction and operation.On this basis,the market clearing concept is defined for day-ahead power market.On the basis of the research on day-ahead power market clearing mechanism at home and abroad,the market clearing mechanism is designed to take into account medium and long term transactions and uncertainty of renewable energy.(2)aiming at the uncertainty of renewable energy output.Firstly,the concepts and methods involved in uncertainty modeling are briefly introduced,and then the Latin hypercubic sampling method is used to generate the uncertain scene sets of load and renewable energy output,and the corresponding sorting process is completed.For the phenomenon of load loss and light abandoning caused by uncertainty,a system risk index model with loss load and light abandoning as decision variables was established.(3)in order to describe the response of electricity users to price,consumer psychology principle and user satisfaction were introduced,and a demand response model was established with the goal of minimizing the cost of electricity purchase and user satisfaction.At the same time,considering the possible blocking problems in the medium and long term transactions,this paper USES the sensitivity analysis,and on the basis of the blocking management mechanism based on the electricity transmission and distribution price,establishes a blocking management model with the goal of paying the minimum overpass fee.(4)for in day-ahead market clearing optimization,how to effectively reduce the renewable energy output uncertainty on voltage quality,network loss,the influence of spare capacity and congestion management,established the generator output and spare capacity as decision variables,with low running cost,high power supply reliability as the goal,and meter and renewable energy day-ahead market clearing model is given.In order to accurately consider network loss and power quality problems,ac power equation is used to constrain node power balance in the clearing model,which can effectively improve the feasibility of day-ahead power market clearing scheme.(5)taking IEEE 30-node system as an example,the clearing plan of day-ahead power market is given by alternately solving the established user response model and day-ahead market clearing model through clearing electricity price.The example shows that the proposed model can flexibly arrange unit output and reserve capacity,promote the consumption of renewable energy,and promote the active participation of all parties in the market competition by means of marketization,so as to realize the optimal allocation of resources in the power market.
