At present,most enterprises have replaced the original manual handling with mechanized handling,forklifts are an indispensable part of the mechanized transport system.Since 2008,the annual sales volume of forklifts in China has generally maintained an increasing trend.The increase in the number of forklifts will inevitably bring management problems such as forklift maintenance and monitoring.The traditional organization or manual management method is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive,but also has limited effect.It can not realize the real-time monitoring of the status of the forklift.The Internet of vehicles has developed fiercely in recent years,and can be combined with the Internet of vehicles technology to realize the intelligent management of the forklift.Aiming at the difficulty of realizing the real-time nature of forklift management,this thesis designs a set of forklift cloud monitoring system based on the internet of vehicles technology to acquire,process,and transmit forklift-related status information,and realize the goal of real-time monitoring of forklifts through cloud monitoring platform.The specific work of this thesis includes:1.Based on the requirements of forklift monitoring,maintenance,anti-theft,etc.,a cloud monitoring system for forklift monitoring is designed.According to the functional needs,the related technical characteristics of the internet of vehicles are analyzed,and the related technologies are compared,analyzed and screened,and the CAN bus + GPS + GPRS + Bluetooth method is finally determined as the overall design plan of the cloud monitoring system,and the design work is completed based on the plan.2.According to the design plan of the cloud monitoring system,the vehicle terminal part of the cloud monitoring system is designed and developed,specifically the hardware design and software design.Among them,the hardware design work includes the selection of the required functional chip and the circuit design around the chip,and the software design work includes the design of the underlying driver writing and the corresponding function realization algorithm.3.Study the verification method of the in-vehicle terminal.For the prototype of the vehicle terminal developed,using CAN analyzer,RS232,JTAG debugging tools,combined with the intelligent fleet management platform,each function of the vehicle terminal is verified one by one,and the experimental results are analyzed to make the terminal Assess accordingly.After simulation test and real vehicle verification,the forklift cloud monitoring system developed in this thesis can realize a series of functions such as real-time uploading of forklift information,and ordering and execution of instructions,and fully achieved the expected goal.The developed forklift truck terminal shortens the time for acquiring and transmitting the status information of the forklift to the second level.Compared with the traditional manual inspection method,the real-time performance has been greatly improved.
