Study On Risk Analysis And Emergency Management Of CNG Filling Station In Chongqing City

91% of safety accidents occurred mainly in the low pressure process system,gas filling system;high-pressure gas system,gas compression system and power supply system based on the analysis of typical accidents in CNG gas stations,among which,the percentage of accidents happened in different systems are 48%,13%,14% and 7%.The main accidents focused on leakage,explosion and combustion.By studying the risks of similar projects and current projects,we can find the key potential risks existed in GNG gas station and what have caused them.The research object of this thesis is CNG gas station of Chongqing city with typical landscape,humanities,natural environment and population around.We shall evaluate the safety level and analyze the risks by auditing the main process equipments,surrounding environment,work flow of gas filling processes and illegal operation of staff as well as using evaluating tools like safety checklist,pre-danger analysis and accidents simulation.Then,we shall take actions to reduce the risks happened in equipment operation,HSE compliance and the surrounding environment and establish a standard risk prevention management system and emergency management system of gas station.After investing the sites and collecting parameters come from equipments,surrounding environment and people,the quantitative calculation of safety evaluation model of CNG gas station is built,which has been verified its correctness by long-term practice.And the risk prevention and control has also been verified practically.Research on the safety evaluation and risk control in CNG gas station works out some methods and measurement,which will be implemented in the real situation of Petro China sales system on the aspect of risk prevention and control in gas station.Meanwhile,it would be a guidance to prevent accidents and establish a scientific management system for a standardized and safe gas station.
