As an important municipal infrastructure,the urban integrated pipeline gallery is a necessary measure to meet the huge needs of my country’s future urban planning and construction.The urban integrated pipeline gallery contains a variety of municipal pipelines and ancillary facilities that guarantee the normal life and operation of the city.The complex operation and maintenance system contains a variety of potential safety hazards.How to realize the safe operation and maintenance of the urban integrated pipeline corridor is the future The primary issue for long-term and stable development.This article takes as the starting point to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of the urban integrated utility tunnel.Firstly,it analyzes the types,characteristics and potential safety accidents that may occur during the overall operation and maintenance of the urban integrated utility tunnel,and uses the WBS-RBS method to decompose the possibilities.Existing safety risks,and use the method of constructing the WBS-RBS risk coupling matrix to generate the safety risk list of the urban integrated pipeline gallery.On the basis of inducting and analyzing the coupling relationship between different risk factors,conduct a more in-depth hierarchical review,apply DEMATEL mathematical method and MATLAB software,summarize and analyze the review results of different experts,clarify the strength of the influence,and sort and screen Identify key risk factors.Secondly,based on the evaluation results,a risk prevention and control system suitable for the safe operation and maintenance of urban integrated pipeline corridors was developed using GIS+BIM+IOT technology.The system adopts B/S mode,SOA architecture system,two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated visual representation.Through the perception of environmental monitoring equipment,security equipment,fire protection equipment,inspection robots and other IOT equipment,it can effectively identify potential safety risk factors.The linkage of all kinds of IOT equipment carries out early warning and forecasting of pipe corridor safety,and realizes the digitization of urban integrated pipe corridor information management,remote equipment control,visualization of risk management,and intelligence of emergency prevention and control.Finally,through the demonstration and analysis of the actual case of the South Canal Comprehensive Utility tunnel in Shenyang,the safety risks can be effectively identified,pre-warned,alarmed,and prevented,effectively reducing the occurrence of safety dangerous events and reducing the cost of personnel safety inspections.Through the construction of the safety risk identification model for the operation and maintenance of the urban integrated pipeline gallery,and the research and development of the prevention and control system.It not only provides a new model and idea for the safety management and prevention and control of the urban integrated utility tunnel,but also has important theoretical and practical significance for the safety operation and maintenance management of the urban integrated utility tunnel,and promotes the sustainable development of the urban integrated utility tunnel project.
