Research On Construction Risk Analysis Of Urban Subway Based On CIM-AHP Model And Combined Empowerment

Nowadays,China’s urban subways are developing rapidly.However,due to the complicated construction process and the surrounding environment,it has caused great difficulties for the construction of the subway.The safety problem is becoming more and more serious.Based on the content and evaluation model of subway construction safety risk management by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper carries out risk analysis on specific examples.First,grasp understand the risk concept and risk components.Based on the accident-causing theory and the analysis of the causes of the subway construction risk accident in China from 2002 to 2018,the risk factors of subway construction are identified.Clarify the risk management process and risk evaluation method of subway construction.Secondly,the list of initial risk factors affecting subway construction is summarized.Screening fuzzy risk factor indicators with improved TOPSIS method and extracting more comprehensive and reasonable risk factors as the analysis object.A set of perfect evaluation index system of construction risk is established,which includes 4 criterion level factors,13 index level factors and 37 lowest level risk indicators.Questionnaires are prepared based on the established indicator system.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested by spss24.0,it is confirmed that the selection of indicators in this questionnaire are effective.Thirdly,a subway construction risk model based on CIM-AHP model is established.Connected with the combination weighting method,an empirical risk analysis is carried out on a subway construction section in Zhengzhou.The comprehensive weights of criterion layer and index layer are obtained by AHP and entropy weight method,The risk accumulation probability of risk factor layer calculated by CIM is combined to obtain the risk evaluation result of the project.The risk of the project is concentrated on the lower risk and low risk levels,and the main risk factors affecting the construction safety of the project are analyzed.Finally,according to the calculation results and the actual situation of the project,the risk prevention and emergency measures for subway construction are put forward.And build a new security management model that is based on the "Internet +" dual prevention management system model.Provide guidance and help for the construction of similar projects in the future.
