| The central air conditioning system is playing an increasingly important role in modern buildings,and is one of the indispensable supporting facilities in modern large-scale buildings.Because some equipment in the central air conditioning system may be in a non ideal state during operation,and the correlation is strong between each equipment,it is easy to cause the operation conditions deviate from the design conditions,the operation control results are poor,and the energy consumption is bigger.Therefore,using the simulation platform of central airconditioning system,this paper compares the operation control results under the theoretical model and the actual model,and carries out reasonable and reliable operation optimization.First,according to the basic model of each equipment and components in the central air conditioning system,a simulation platform of the central air conditioning system is established in Matlab / Simulink,which is mainly composed of water chiller,cooling tower,chilled water pump,air handling unit(AHU),water network and terminal room.The reliability of the simulation platform is verified by the experiment of the existing central air conditioning system test bench.Secondly,the theoretical model and the actual model of the water valve of the AHU are established by taking an air-conditioning room’s central air-conditioning system as an example.In the AHU-subsystem of the simulation platform of the central air-conditioning system,the theoretical model of the water valve is used to formulate the corresponding operation control strategy,and the control strategy is applied to the AHU with the actual model of the water valve.Compare and analyze the operation control results of AHU under the two water valve models.In view of the poor results,optimization methods are proposed.The rationality of the optimization methods are verified by the experiment of the existing central air conditioning system.Thirdly,using the above building,the actual models of chiller,cooling tower and chilled water pump in the central air conditioning system are established.In the simulation platform of the central air conditioning system with single terminal,the operation control strategy formulated according to the theoretical model of the water valve in the AHU is studied and applied to the actual operation results of the water valve.The operation optimization methods are proposed,then calculate the operation results of the optimized central air conditioning system.Finally,taking the multi terminal central air-conditioning system as an example,the simulation platform of central air conditioning system with multi terminal are established.Calculating the operation results in this multi terminal simulation platform when the operation control strategy based on the theoretical model of the water valve is applied to the actual water valve,and proposing the operation optimization methods. |
