Construction industrialization is the direction of the construction engineering development in our country.The prefabricated concrete shear wall structure is an important structure form to realize the construction industrialization.Based on the research results of precast concrete shear wall at home and abroad,this paper proposes a new type of precast concrete shear wall structure,i.e.precast concrete slotted shear wall structure.Precast concrete slotted shear wall is a kind of shear wall structure with vertical reinforcement disconnected and horizontal bottom slotted.Precast concrete slotted shear wall structure can improve the efficiency and quality of construction,reduce the energy consumption of construction,and have reliable structural performance.This paper introduces the seismic performance tests of two cast-in-place concrete shear walls and six precast concrete slotted shear walls.The low cycle repeated load tests are carried out on the precast slotted shear walls with different axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio of edge members,horizontal reinforcement spacing of the precast wall,wall width and edge member width,and the tests on two cast-in-place shear walls as comparison The research results can provide reference for the follow-up research of precast concrete slotted shear wall structure and the design and construction of demonstration project.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research results of seismic performance and reinforcement connection of various precast concrete shear wall structures at home and abroad,and proposes a new type of precast concrete slotted shear wall structure.(2)This paper expounds the design concept and experimental purpose of the precast concrete slotted shear wall.According to the relevant design specifications,two full-scale cast-in-place shear walls and six full-scale precast concrete slotted shear walls are designed and manufactured.The design and construction drawings of the shear wall,the production and assembly process of the shear wall specimens,the test load measurement contents and the mechanical properties of the materials are introduced in detail.(3)Two full-scale cast-in-place shear walls and six full-scale precast concrete slotted shear walls were tested under low cycle repeated load.The failure mode,hysteretic performance,skeleton curve,displacement ductility,stiffness degradation,energy consumption capacity and other aspects of eight test shear walls were analyzed and studied.The results show that the failure mode of the pre cast concrete shear wall with slit is basically the same as that of the cast-in-place shear wall,that is,the tensile failure of the reinforcement and the compressive failure of the yield concrete.The seismic performance of slotted shear wall is weaker than that of cast-in-place shear wall under the same conditions.However,by changing the axial compression ratio,the reinforcement ratio of edge components,the horizontal reinforcement spacing of prefabricated wall,the width of wall and edge components,the seismic performance of slotted shear wall can be improved to varying degrees,among which the improvement of the axial compression ratio and the widening of edge components is the most obvious.(4)Based on the experimental study,two cast-in-place shear wall models with different axial compression ratio and six prefabricated shear wall models with different axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio of edge components,horizontal reinforcement spacing of prefabricated wall,wall width and edge component width are established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The load displacement curve of the shear wall is obtained by the finite element simulation,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results The results show that the axial compression ratio,the width of the prefabricated wall and the width of the edge components have the greatest influence on the seismic performance of the prefabricated concrete slotted shear wall.
