As an important carrier of urban development history and folk culture, historical and cultural blocks reflect the political, economic and cultural features and characteristics of a city in a certain historical period. However, the real environment of the historic and cultural district is quite different from that when it was designed and built.Historical and cultural blocks have experienced the baptism of the years, the function of the city and folk architecture aging.Along with the economic development,in the process of industrialization and urbanization, the surrounding areas of historical and cultural blocks have caused damage to the block itself and the surrounding water system to different degrees. This paper studies and analyzes the drainage system of historical and cultural blocks in order to provide reference for the protection and renovation of the drainage system of historical and cultural blocks.Firstly, the drainage system of historical and cultural blocks is studied, the development course of drainage system of historical and cultural blocks is systematically sorted out through investigation and research, the traditional concept of drainage system of historical and cultural blocks is summarized from three drainage scale systems, and the concept of drainage system of historical and cultural blocks based on watershed management is put forward.Through field investigation and data analysis, this paper summarizes and puts forward the current situation of water security in the drainage system of historical and cultural blocks and analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems.Secondly, the risk assessment of drainage system in historical and cultural blocks is combined with the technology of modern urban drainage model(such as InfoWorks ICM model)to find out the impact of building layout on site flood disaster.By building a model, this paper analyzes the confluence law of historical and cultural blocks in different forms of layout according to different forms of planning and construction. In the urban drainage model(such as InfoWorks ICM model),the urban layout and parameter selection are generalized.Simulation of flood adaptability of three building layouts with different slopes, different slope directions and different recurrence periods. The flood adaptability of three building layouts is simulated with different slopes, different slope directions and different recurrence periods.Through data comparison, the drainage process of different layout of historical and cultural blocks is discussed and analyzed, and the risk points of different blocks are summarized,in order to provide theoretical reference for the risk assessment of drainage system of more similar layout of historical and cultural blocks. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems in the reconstruction of drainage system of historical and cultural blocks, and puts forward the reconstruction ideas.Combined with the current situation and existing problems of the drainage system in baihuazhou historical and cultural block of furong street, jinan, this paper puts forward the protection strategy based on the construction of sponge city.Based on the analysis of the form and development of historical and cultural drainage system, this paper summarizes the drainage patterns and patterns of historical and cultural blocks, and studies the law of confluence of rainfall in different historical and cultural blocks. The research results can provide some useful references for the protection of China’s historical and cultural blocks, especially for the cities with historical and cultural blocks in sponge city construction.
