With the development of social economy,building materials,building science and technology,comprehensive large space buildings,such as convention and exhibition center,large warehouse,gymnasium,large shopping mall and theatre,are constantly emerging and widely used in various modern metropolises,yet followed with high space fires.High space fires generally have the characteristics of difficult evacuation,complex situation,difficult fire prevention and separation,and the inability of conventional automatic alarm and fire extinguishing systems to play a role.It is precisely because of these characteristics that the casualties and property losses caused by high-space fires are incalculable.Moreover,the traditional way to deal with large space fires generally has such problems as large water consumption,large water loss,slow system response and general fire control effect,which cannot meet the increasing needs of large space buildings.According to the characteristics of large space fire and the problem of dealing with large space fire,this thesis put forward a technical concept of electric cruise fire truck based on robotic mode of fire patrol and emergency rescue,which had the functions of autonomous patrol,intelligent obstacle avoidance,fire detection,real-time communication and alarm and fire extinguishing.On the basis of determining the emergency rescue workflow and the working principle of the main components of the electric cruise fire truck,SolidWorks software was used to complete the structural composition scheme of the electric cruise fire truck,the structural design of the important components of its mobile carrier and the construction of the real-time measurement and control system of the fire truck.On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the core component of the electric cruising fire fighting vehicle,the compressed air foam system(CAFS),the main technical parameters of the vehicle CAFS were determined based on the experience of the prior fire emergency rescue,and the design of the compressed air foam system was completed.Based on the selection of its fittings and the design of the pipeline,a complete vehicle mounted compressed air foam system was constructed.According to the physical model of the vehicle compressed air foam system,the simulation models of assemblies including fluid,valves,sensors and pipelines were built up by AMESim software.Modeling and Simulation of complex components such as air compressor and DC motor were carried out,and the corresponding simulation results were analyzed to verify the rationality of the established models.A simulation model of vehicle compressed air foam system was established based on the model of vehicle compressed air foam system and the component models of fluid,sensors,valves,pipelines,air compressors and DC motors,and the simulation analysis of foam mixing part,air mixing part and whole vehicle compressed air foam system under different conditions was carried out,which results indicated that the establishment of the model and the selection of equipment met the requirements.The smoothness of electric cruise fire truck on grade B road surface was analyzed,and the corresponding results showed that the smoothness was good.Two kinds of dangerous working conditions of electric cruise fire truck under working conditions were analyzed.Based on the analysis and calculation of its stress condition and load-bearing layout,the mathematical model of the stability of electric cruise fire truck was established by using moment balance method.The stability of electric cruise fire truck under two kinds of dangerous working conditions was checked and calculated respectively and the results indicated that the stability of the electric cruise fire truck was good and would not tip over.
