Aerial platform fire truck is a special vehicle which is used by rescuers to extinguish fire,rescue people besieged by fire field,and rescue valuable materials or other rescue missions.Aerial platform fire truck elevates the working platform to the position of the trapped person through the movement of the arm,and the trapped person can easily enter the working platform.The working platform on the top of the arm is equivalent to moving around the hinge points of the arm in a circular motion during the amplitude variation of the arm.In order to guarantee the safety of the personnel in the platform,the working platform should keep parallel with the horizontal as far as possible.Therefore,as an emergency rescue vehicle,the leveling ability of the working platform directly affects the life safety of the trapped person.This paper takes the 22-meter aerial platform fire truck as the research object,designs and develops the electro-hydraulic proportional leveling system of the working platform and carries out the performance test,and finally realizes the leveling effect within 3° of the working platform.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces several kinds of working platform leveling methods commonly used in aerial platform fire truck,and introduces the working platform leveling mechanism of fire truck from metal structure parts,the hydraulic system and control system.Secondly,Based on the research object of this paper,the electro-hydraulic leveling system used in the truck is described,and the key components and factors affecting leveling effect are pointed out.Finally,the proportional hydraulic valve and control system architecture used in the proportional valve working platform leveling system are designed,and the key components are selected,and the adaptive PID control algorithm is adopted.In the process of debugging,the effect of leveling is verified according to the data collected by debugging,and it is promoted in the series of products.
