Study On Landscape Planning And Design Of Tourism Type Towns In Northern China

With the rapid development of the city,how to effectively introduce rural population into cities is the focus of development.The construction of characteristic towns is an important breakthrough for the development of new urbanization.Through the construction of a large number of characteristic industrial towns with unique industrial characteristics,rich cultural atmosphere,beautiful and natural ecological environment,complete tourism functions and complete community functions,Accelerate the innovation and development of the region in the context of the new economic normal.However,how to further explore the planning and construction of characteristic towns scientifically and effectively,there is no complete theoretical system and unified standards,the study of landscape planning and design of characteristic towns is still a blank area.The northern tourist-type characteristic town is an important part of the characteristic town,the study of landscape planning and design is not only the focus of national policy in recent years,but also has extraordinary significance and high value for the scientific theory and practice exploration of characteristic towns.This study firstly analyzes the key issues and solutions planning and design goals in the development of China’s characteristic towns.This paper compares and analyzes the landscape planning theory of domestic and foreign characteristic towns,summarize the experience and shortcomings of the landscape planning of the characteristic towns,and propose new planning routes and contents.Secondly,summarizing and sorting out relevant basic concepts,existing related theories and a lot of practical experience,these theoretical foundations will be the cornerstone of this research.According to the main objectives and unique connotations of the construction of characteristic towns,the landscape structure system of northern tourism-oriented towns is proposed.It is classified into: main economic sources,environmental characteristics,cultural factors and human factors.This article links the connotations of the four major factors and their relationships.Rethinking the “Northern Tourism Type”,finding its unique nature,and depicting the excellent design scheme of the northern tourism-type town.On this basis,the current situation of the existing tourist-oriented towns and the problems existing in the characteristic small towns were investigated.Analyze and find the gap between the current status of the featured town and the desired goal.On the basis of the investigation,we explored the landscape planning and design strategy applicable to the northern tourism-oriented towns.Finally,outline the overall layout plan of the northern tourism-oriented towns,and divide them into four parts with their own characteristics and interconnections,and propose scientific and specific design methods.The main conclusion of the study is to classify the landscape types in the northern tourism-type characteristic towns based on the existing landscape planning.Includes natural landscapes,industrial park landscapes,living park landscapes and infrastruct ure landscapes.From various angles,put forward specific planning strategies for the four types of landscapes,pointing out the clear goals and non-violable principles of the characteristic town landscape planning,combining its development concept and connotation,we will find out the future development model and planning design strategy of the characteristic town.
