The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises,enhancing core competitiveness,and stimulating talent vitality are important means to achieve the development of state-owned enterprises.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,human resource competition has become the first key factor in the development of enterprises.For state-owned enterprises,attracting,retaining,and using talent well is an important issue facing the heads of enterprises at present.Establishing a compensation system suitable for the strategic development of enterprises has become a common choice.Faced with competitive pressures from the external environment on talent and development,state-owned enterprises must establish a compensation system that conforms to development strategies,maintains talent vitality,and stimulates the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of team members to achieve the effect of adjusting internal development,stabilizing the talent team,improving business performance,and adapting to long-term development.For this reason,this article takes the optimization design of the compensation system of the National Grid NA Power Supply Center,which is a representative of state-owned enterprises,as the research object,and combines domestic and foreign literature and theoretical research,empirical case analysis,interviews,and questionnaire surveys.It is written according to the idea of "research case analysis problem solution".Specifically,this article takes NA Power Supply Center as the research object.Firstly,it collates and studies the literature on compensation concepts,broadband compensation,and incentive theory.Secondly,it uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the current compensation situation of employees in NA Power Supply Center in detail.Through interviews with employees at different levels,it preliminarily determines that there are problems in the current compensation system in NA Power Supply Center,At the same time,through a questionnaire survey,further in-depth analysis of the shortcomings in the compensation system of NA Power Supply Center is conducted,and then the strategic analysis and suitability analysis of implementing broadband compensation in NA Power Supply Center are elaborated.Based on the design idea of broadband compensation,a series of basic work such as job analysis and job evaluation are used to optimize the design of the compensation system of NA Power Supply Center,and the optimized compensation structure is determined.From the organizational and institutional levels Proposed safeguards at the cultural level.Finally,the research work of this article is summarized and further research directions are proposed.The research in this article has promoted the relevant research on the implementation of broadband salary structure in the post salary system,and introduced broadband salary into the salary system of NA Power Supply Center.The process plan for optimizing the compensation system design of NA Power Supply Center discussed in this article has a certain role in promoting theoretical research on the reform of the compensation system of state-owned enterprises.It not only provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the optimization of the compensation system of NA Power Supply Center,but also provides reference and reference for other state-owned enterprises that are exploring and learning,helping to form a compensation management strategy that organically integrates the interests of enterprises and employees,Inject impetus into the stable development of the enterprise.
