In recent years,because of the advantages of high-frequency induction heating,such as high processing efficiency,strong controllability,fast forming speed and good repeatability,more and more researchers have favored it.In general,thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method is used to predict the induced heating deformation of steel plate.However,considering that the parallel multi-hotlines are more complicated than the single-hotlines,it will be difficult to calculate the load and store them.Therefore,the natural strain method is used to calculate the induced heating deformation of parallel heating lines.In this paper,the basic theory of inherent strain correlation is briefly introduced,and the calculation of inherent strain and its common loading mode are described.A finite element method of thermo-elastic plasticity is used to calculate the induced deformation of parallel multi-hot wire plate,and the software ANSYS is used to simulate the deformation.Through the analysis of stress,strain and deformation distribution,the main deformation parameters in the experimental results of numerical simulation are compared,and the validity of the thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method is confirmed.At the same time,through the analysis of the distribution of residual plastic strain region in different heating line spacing simulation schemes,the distribution law of the inherent strain with the heating line spacing is obtained.The welding of steel plate is consistent with the thermo-elastic-plastic process during induction heating molding.Therefore,the inherent strain method used to calculate welding deformation can also be applied to the deformation prediction of parallel heating lines.The stress function is applied as the initial stress on the calculation model corresponding to the heating line position,and the deformation of the steel plate is obtained by elastic calculation.The results of steel plate deformation calculated by initial stress method are compared with those of thermo-elastic-plastic calculation.Based on the calculation of the relative shrinkage volume of the single heating line,the influence coefficient of the relative shrinkage volume of each heating line in the parallel heating line and the relative shrinkage volume of the single heating line is proposed.By comparing the calculated results with those of thermo-elastic plasticity,it is proved that the method is feasible.
