With the progress of science and technology and the comprehensive national strength significantly increased,the industry is becoming more and more high to the requirement of material forming.Especially in the ship plate also wants products with high quality and efficiency with low cost in the process of producing.Due to fire-water bending plate forming bottlenecks and short board,the traditional method of thermal stress and bending plate forming will not be able to satisfy the production requirements.By high frequency induction heating gradually replace the planking of the thermal stress forming technology,Due to the ship plate manufacturing by high frequency induction heating technology in the heating efficiency and both have the obvious advantages.So the process received wide attention of experts and scholars both at home and abroad.This article first to use homemade bent steel tensile sample,the temperature at23 ?-1000 ?,the strain rate of 0.001S-1-0.1S-1.Respectively on tensile experiment.Obtained the real stress-strain curve by the ORIGIN,it is concluded that the material yield strength,tensile strength,stiffness index,coefficient of strength and strain rate sensitivity coefficient.Establish the constitutive equation based on temperature and strain rate.Imported the constitutive equation into ANSYS,using APDL programming language of high frequency induction of mobile heating track water-cooing simulation analysis of physical field coupling of three dimensional finite element model,to achieve its electromagnetic field,temperature field and stress field coupling calculation of physical fields.Further study using APDL program moving steel plate of high frequency induction heating forming different cooling patterns,the effect of air is analyzed under the condition of natural cooling and track water cooling plate of the change of temperature field and stress field.Use of a validated APDL program,the speed of mobile heating coil in batch change program and parameters such as heating power,the heating coil with different speed and different heating power the influence of bending angle and radius of curvature of the steel plate.high frequency induction heat stress of steel forming process,the process parameters on the steel plate forming effect is nonlinear.Through processing the data,Select a large number of process parameters do further refinement of the simulation analysis,the study of single pass bending plate high frequency induction heating stress angle,radius of curvature and the process parameters of function and the optimal process parameters of bending forming.
