In flammable and explosive environments such as oil and gas tank areas,the device ground loop plays a very important role in the protection of the system against lightning and static electricity.The grounding system is corroded and the grounding wire has loose bolts and other factors,which will cause damage to the grounding system.The monitoring of this type of loop grounding resistance is mostly carried out manually.The latest online monitoring has low sensor accuracy and monitoring scale.Small,man-machine contact is limited.With the development of Internet Web technology,due to its advantages of distribution,flexibility and openness,it provides certain technical support for the deficiencies of traditional online monitoring.Through the comparison and analysis of the existing grounding systems,this paper assumes that Web is used as an interactive means,and proposes a set of overall system framework that can online monitor and measure the multi-circuit grounding resistance value,thereby expanding the measurement scale of the system;The front end starts with optimizing the relevant parameters of the sensor to improve the measurement accuracy of the system;coordinating the work of each loop measurement module to expand the system scale;joining the detection data through the system database,introducing Web technology to facilitate human-computer interaction and achieving diverse data display.Designed a multi-level network structure,discussed technical requirements and functional configuration,completed the data interaction between the Web system and the embedded system;optimized the measurement method experiment,completed the optimization of the entire process of sensor measurement;designed the database and Web server;Explored the real-time and security of the system;verified the test platform construction and system,using a simplified single-level Ethernet structure,and verified the information exchange and basic of the web end through the server,control center to the front-end measurement node Functional realization.The research results show that the designed system can achieve the expected improvement goal,and the work done has certain application reference significance for the in-depth implementation of the grounding resistance online measurement system.
