The development of society has intensified the consumption of energy.In order to alleviate the energy crisis,lithium batteries,as an important new type of green energy,have been widely used in various occasions in modern times.Therefore,ensuring the safe use of lithium batteries has become a very important task.At home and abroad,the safety of lithium batteries is ensured as much as possible by studying the relevant performance of lithium batteries,and there is no research on the welding lines of lithium batteries.In this paper,the lithium battery bonding wire soldered by wire bonding technology is used to detect the defects of the lithium battery wire by image processing and machine vision technology,and the safety of the lithium battery is ensured from the connection reliability of the wire.The specific research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the image pre-processing work is performed on the image captured by the camera,then the feature extraction analysis is performed on the image,the relevant parameters of the lithium battery wire are calculated,and the defect type of the wire is judged according to the judgment basis related to the parameter.In addition,due to factors such as illumination,the error condition can be judged.In view of this situation,a multi-angle detection method is proposed in this paper.The image matching result based on multi-angle image detection achieves the purpose of improving the detection accuracy.The research results show that the lithium battery wire defect detection method designed in this paper has practicality and can accurately detect the defect type of lithium battery wire.The multi-angle detection method proposed in this paper is feasible and can correct the misjudgment.The correct rate of single angle detection is 76.9%,and the correct rate of multi-angle detection method is 92.3%,which achieves the purpose of improving the detection accuracy.
