It is very important to balance the charge of lithium battery pack,which directly affects the safety and life of the battery pack.The commonly used equalizing charging method has some defects,such as difficult to realize,complex circuit design,large heat consumption,high cost and so on.In this paper,a flat charging method is proposed,based on this method,a flat charging charger with capacity statistic function is made.The so-called flat charging refers to the use of two sets of independent power supply,without changing the existing series structure of the battery pack,to achieve the single battery in the battery pack to complete the charging process independently.When charging,the batteries in the battery pack are independent of each other,rather than in series,which can effectively ensure that the batteries in the battery pack can achieve the best state of charge through the way of flat charging,thus ensuring the best working efficiency of the battery pack.The flat charge charger with capacity statistics designed in this paper can not only charge and discharge batteries,in addition,the battery pack charge state statistics display function is added,the device designed in this paper can display the charge or discharge capacity of each battery in the battery pack,at the same time,the calculated capacity is calculated according to the set algorithm,finally,it is input into the statistical chip,the current state of charge and discharge of the whole battery pack is obtained.The flat charge charger with capacity statistics designed in this paper is mainly composed of three parts,one is the main control circuit,the other is the display module,and the third is the charge and discharge unit.The main function of the first part is to obtain the current state of charge and discharge of battery pack by using the circuit composed of single chip microcomputer,at the same time,the data obtained and the charge and discharge of the battery pack are displayed in the display module.In the system designed in this paper,the display module adopts CM124064 liquid crystal module,and the charge discharge unit can charge and discharge the single battery in the battery pack independently,in addition,the charge and discharge status of a single battery can also be displayed in the display module,the discharge circuit composed of triode and resistance element is used to discharge the battery pack,the battery state is measured by Bq2060 chip.After the above individual modules are combined,packaged and debugged,the flat charging charger with capacity statistics designed in this paper is finally obtained,the charger achieves the expected function,the experimental results show that the charger can charge and discharge batteries,the state of charge and discharge is displayed through the display module,it has a certain reference significance for other types of charger design.
