The coal-bearing trestle is an important part of the coal mine ground construction and power plant construction.The steel trestle bridge is widely used in the construction of coal-bearing trestles due to its advantages of light weight,good integrity and convenient construction and installation.Over the years,affected by factors such as production expansion,production technology,and capital,China has a large number of coal-bearing trestles that need to be rebuilt and expanded.The expansion and expansion of coal-bearing trestles has become a hot topic in the current power and coal industry.However,due to the limitations of the original site conditions,combined with the historical factors of the plant area,the design of the expansion and expansion of the coal-bearing trestle often has certain difficulties,so the research on the design and construction of the expansion and expansion is of great significance.Due to the actual engineering needs,this paper takes the steel trestle bridge in the coal-bearing trestle as the research object,and combines the design and construction research of the coal-bearing steel trestle bridge with the coal-making trestle bridge reconstruction project of a coal washing plant in Handan City,firstly combining the construction status and construction site of the trestle bridge.In the case,after the plan is optimized,a detailed reconstruction and expansion plan will be formulated.Then use the finite element software SAP2000 to analyze the structural static and structural dynamics of the coal-bearing steel trestle,and design the structure of the coal-bearing steel trestle according to the calculation results and related specifications,regulations and teaching materials.For the designed steel trestle,the hoisting plan is prepared and the B-segment of the trestle is hoisted and the temporary bracket is checked.The calculation results show that the hoisting scheme is safe and feasible,and the temporary bearing capacity meets the requirements.Finally,in view of the problems occurred during the processing and installation of the steel trestle,a treatment method was proposed.Under the condition of ensuring safety,the construction party's use requirements were met,and the construction cost was saved,so as to have certain reference significance for similar projects.
