The rocket and missile launching canister cover is a very important part of the missile launching system,in normal storage,the lid ensures the seal of the launcher and protects the missile.When the missile is launched,the box lid can be opened in time and the rocket and missile can be successfully launched.The traditional mechanical opening lid and explosive opening cover have the defects of heavy quality,slow reaction time and high maintenance cost,in view of the high strength,light weight and strong ablation resistance of composite mater ials,the research of composite launching case has gradually become a trend.In order to make the composite material capable of emitting box cover is more widely used in missile launcher,realize the light transmitting system,improve the operational respo nse ability of missile forces,in this paper,the structure design and optimization of a composite launching box lid with a split open cover are carried out.In this paper,the structural design and performance analysis of a fragile launcher case are carried out in accordance with the performance requirements of rocket missile launching box cover design.In order to meet the requirement of positive pressure bearing and reduce the breaking force properly,the launching box front cover scheme with topological interlock structure as the main body.On this basis,the high strength composite material is select ed as the main material,and the three-dimensional model is established.With the three-dimensional structure,calculate the forward bearing capacity of launching box lid under the impact load with finite element method,and then analyzed the validity of the structure.According to the opening process of the fragile launcher case,the dynamic response analysis of the model is carried out by using the virtual prototype model,and from the angle of collision avoidance and cover contact,the structure and mass distribution of cover are optimized.In addition,the load characteristics of warhead launching box cover are analyzed,and improvement measures are put forward.Finally,the preparation and processing scheme of the fragile cap were analyzed in combination with the preparation process of composite materials.
