With the rapid development of the global economy,The car plays a very big role as a daily vehicle,The rapid development of the automobile industry has brought about a series of environmental and energy shortages,So the research and development of new clean energy can be common problems for the countries of the world.Energy saving,safe and reliable become a new direction of the automotive industry,Electric vehicles with advantage of zero emissions,high efficiency and so on,Making it one of the key points of new car research and development.According to the placement of the drive motor,Motor energy transfer mode,there are different motor drive mode,Centralized motor drive form has relatively simple structure,transfer the motor torque and force to the wheel through the axle and main minus,System transmission efficiency is low.Distributed drive,Torque and force are transmitted to the wheel by the motor and wheel reducer,Transmission chain is short,compact structure,easy to control,The system is more efficient.But distributed drive wheel structure is more complex,the motor size and quality are subject to great restrictions.In view of the obvious lack of centralized motor drive,This paper develops a distributed drive independent suspension system,Using motor,wheel reducer structure,Can effectively solve the problem of excessive quality under the wheel spring.This paper is based on the actual working conditions of the vehicle and the space available for the vehicle,established Three-dimensional model of independent suspension of distributed drive pure electric bus.And then start specific design and optimization work,including the design of the A-arm,the lower A-arm,the support arm and the finite element analysis,And complete the shock absorber selection.Finally,carry out the K&C analysis of the independent suspension structure.and Perform actual line verification of bus,To ensure the design of the rationality and durability and reliability.
