Study Of Information Planning In Engineering Company Master Of Business Administration

China's overseas projects in rapid development in recent years,and because of the particularity of the project,the efficiency of information exchange and communication become an important factor to affect the success of the project.Traditional human-centered information communication is inefficient and difficult to adapt to the needs of the current market competition of engineering companies.Therefore,how to effectively plan the overall information system,to support the company's overall strategy,and constantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,to become the focus of research and implementation of information technology.In this paper,A engineering company as a case,the company's information analysis of the status quo,found that the lack of existing information strategy,namely the lack of a unified top-level design,it is difficult to bring effective for business decision-making,operations management support and services.Through SWOT analysis,strategic consistency analysis and other methods to re sort the information object model,programming model and information model of the system,the new information strategy,concluded that the informatization planning and implementation information framework of the company.Hope for similar engineering companies,in the information planning,construction and application process to play a reference role.
