With the development of social economy and the aging of the population,China is facing a situation of lack of labor,and the increasing labor costs have caused problems for the construction industry that requires a lot of manpower.At the same time,the problems of environmental pollution,waste of resources and rough production in the traditional construction mode are becoming more and more serious.In response to the national sustainable development strategy,the fabricated buildings model came into being.In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted the fabricated buildings,increased the use rate of fabricated components in construction projects,and comprehensively promoted the process of industrialization of buildings.The prefabricated building is a building that transports prefabricated components produced by the prefabrication plant to the construction site.Different from traditional buildings,prefabricated building components are produced in prefabricated factories,featuring high efficiency,high quality and low pollution.The advancement of prefabricated buildings accelerates the process of industrialization of buildings.However,due to changes in the construction model,the quality of the design and construction personnel,as well as the existing technical capabilities and supporting facilities,have not reached the required level,and the resulting quality and safety issues need to be resolved.The paper analyzes the status quo of security risk management at home and abroad,and draws on excellent theories and practical methods,and carries out research on the subject of the development of China's building industrialization.From analysised quality and safety issues of fabricated buildings to find the main reasons affecting the development of China's prefabricated buildings,and construct an indicator system of influencing factors.In detail,the factor method is used to extract the comprehensive risk factor.The analytic model of the risk factor component to be evaluated will be obtained,and the experts will be invited to score the important points,and then the weighting factors of the influencing factors will be obtained.Multi-level extension evaluation was performed by the obtained data.This risk assessment applies the multi-level extension principle to the safety evaluation field of fabricated buildings,and establishes an extension model of the quality and safety risks of fabricated buildings with multi-level extension theory as the core.Taking a prefabricated building project in Changle City,Fujian Province as an example,using the extracted risk indicators to analyze the project hierarchically and construct a multi-level extension quality safety risk assessment model,and obtain the quality and safety risk level of the project and the risk level of each index factor.According to the evaluationresults,measures to improve the quality and safety risk level are proposed,which will lay the foundation for the further development of China's fabricated buildings.Through qualitative and quantitative research on quality and safety risks,it is shown that the multi-level extension principle has better adaptability in the quality and safety risk assessment of fabricated buildings.Through qualitative and quantitative research on quality and safety risks,it is shown that the multi-level extension principle has better adaptability in the quality and safety risk assessment of fabricated buildings.This work can provide reference for the in-depth study of the quality and safety risk assessment of fabricated buildings in China.
