With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating speed of urbanization,China's infrastructure construction has also developed rapidly,and the number of construction enterprises has also increased.However,with the sustainable and healthy development of China's railway network construction and the continuous progress of engineering management practices,only by doing weill in project quality and cost management in the actual construction work can relevant construction enterprises achieve higher returns in the increasingly fierce competition among the same industry.The construction of pre-fabricated beam is the top priority of the entire project construction in terms of intercity railways construction.The construction unit's management of pre-fabricated beam construction in quality and cost directly affects the project's profitability,which has an important impact on the development of the construction units.However,pre-fabricated beam construction involves multiple stages,and the associated risk nodes are also relatively complex.Therefore,summarizing the quality and cost risk nodes in the construction process based on the analysis of the life cycle of pre-fabricated beam construction will help provide theoretical basis and realistic reference for the construction units,which is important for improving the profit rate of enterprises and increasing the value of enterprises significance.This paper starts from the five important stages,which are site initial risk,pre-fabricated box girder making risk,pre-fabricated box girder curing risk,pre-fabricated box girder transport and hoisting risk,pre-fabricated box girder transport and assembling risk,and identifies and details the risk nodes existing in each stage,and identifying and analyzing specifically the quality and cost control risk nodes that exist at each stage.Among them,the pre-fabricated beam site risk is mainly divided into three parts: site planning and selection risk,pre-fabricated beam site layout risk and cost measurement and quality monitoring risk;and pre-fabricated box girder production risk mainly includes formwork engineering risk,steel and steel fittings manufacturing and installing risk,and concrete configuration and pouring risk;and pre-fabricated box beam curing risk is mainly divided into steam curing risk,natural curing risk and prestressed engineering risk;and pre-fabricated box girder transport and hoisting risk mainly involves hoisting girder risk and moving and falling girder risk;and pre-fabricated box girder transport and assembling risk can be checked according to the system's risk inspection before and during the bridging operation.Through the analysis and summary of the above 13 risk indicators,this research uses the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct a hierarchical analysis model and analyzes it with specific project examples.The analysis results that among all 13 risk indicators show that the pre-fabricated beam site layout risk,concrete configuration and pouring risk,cost measurement and quality monitoring risk,steam curing risk,and formwork engineering risk have the greatest impact on quality and cost of the overall pre-fabricated box girder construction.Therefore,during the construction of pre-fabricated beam for inter-city railway,construction units should focus on the above five items and do a good job in quality and cost control to avoid unnecessary losses.Meanwhile,this paper also combines with the actual engineering project case situation,starting from the specific five important indicators,which makes a countermeasure analysis on how to deal with the occurrence of these potential risks,providing suggestions and countermeasures for specific cases and also the detailed recommendations for construction enterprises in terms of quality and cost management control.In summary,this research starts from the five important stages affecting the cost of the prefabricated box girder,and comprehensively analyzes the 13 specific risk nodes,which improves the research findings in related fields to a certain extent,and it provides specific opinions and guidance for railway construction enterprises to better carry out project quality control and cost management,which has the dual meaning of theory and reality.
