Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Whole Life Cycle Of Prefabricated Construction Projects

BIM technology has been widely recognized since its advent.Prefabricated building has been a mature and standardized industrial product in foreign countries.In our country,with the continuous progress of industrial technology,national and local government’s strong support,The production technology of prefabricated components and construction technology have been greatly improved.The technical problems have almost been solved.The combination of BIM technology and prefabricated building has become a hotspot and trend in the construction industry.And it is also the only way for the the construction industry to be industrialization.However,in the practical application of BIM technology and prefabricated building,most of them are reflected in the stage of production and construction.There is still a great space for running in the stages of planning,design,supervision,acceptance,operation and maintenance.There is a lack of feasible implementation scheme,standards and successful cases.At present,there are some problems in the combination of BIM technology and prefabricated building,such as information separation,high technical barriers and low degree of information mining.This paper takes the combination of BIM technology and prefabricated building as the breakthrough point.Through understanding the development and combined application of both at domestic and abroad,this paper can find out the advantages and disadvantages of China’s relevant technology application in the development process and personalized needs.On the basis of the development of prefabricated building,looking for the technical points and advantages of integrating BIM technology into the application of prefabricated building.The responsibilities and contents of BIM Technology application are added based on the organization mode and job responsibilities of all participants in the whole life cycle of prefabricated building.Through flow chart,the work content of BIM technology in each working stage of prefabricated building is fully and clearly displayed,like coordinated application of process,information sharing,problem feedback.At the same time it can demonstrate the application possibility of each stage,in order to provide more research reference for the wider and deeper application of BIM technology in the development and application of prefabricated building.
