| In the context of the rapid urbanization process in China,the urban and rural construction is undergoing tremendous changes,but it followed by the drastic changes of living environment,the loss of rural landscape and the fragmentation of natural habitats.As an important ecological structure connecting urban and rural areas,large urban open space and its rational planning and construction are extremely urgent,under the goal of sustainable development and ecological civilization construction in the future.Therefore,China needs the experience of open space development in regions with similar development backgrounds as a guide,and finds the suitable way for localization construction through exploring its development path.The main content of this study focused on the case study of Green Heart,a large green open space in the Randstad region of the Netherlands.Meanwhile,a more intuitive study of Green Heart was conducted in depth,combining the planning policy research with field investigation of construction situation.The purpose of this study was to investigate the developing experience of Green Heart urban open space planning,which as guide to the planning and construction of large urban open space in China.This paper was divided into five chapters: the first chapter elaborated on the theoretical research and practice of urban open space at home and abroad,and focused on the case study subject of Green Heart.The second chapter sorted out the policy evolution related to Green Heart open space planning and then summarized the planning experience.Combining with the author’s field research results,the third chapter summed up all various aspects of Green Heart construction mode and experience.The fourth chapter analyzed the causes of the Green Heart open space from the perspective of the spatial planning process in the Randstad region of the Netherlands.Finally,based on the above research results,the fifth chapter took the water network plain area of Taihu Lake Basin as an example because of its similar geographical environment and economic development level with Green Heart and Ranstad region,and then put forward the thinking about development strategies of large open space in our country.In view of the balance between human and nature,the problems of urban open space planning in our country that need to be learned and evaded in the future are proposed in chapter five,aiming to realize the protection and rational utilization of ecological resources.The construction of cities and the countryside is also suitable for development with their own characteristics. |
