Long-span gymnasiums are the result of structural technology development,and gymnasiums are highly correlated with structural technology.It is of practical significance that some researches on the relationship between the design of gymnasiums? form and space and structural logic be carried out.This paper takes the long-span gymnasiums as the research object and analyzes the technical logic behind the architectural modeling and spatial form from the perspective of structural technology.The paper summarizes the design strategies and uses the design of the practical project to illustrate the application of structural technology strategy that used in specific projects.The research is mainly consists of three aspects: First of all,based on the structural characteristics of the gymnasiums,this paper summarizes the technical strategy of building the form of the gymnasiums from the two aspects of roof structure and vertical supporting structure;Secondly,from the perspective of structure's presentation in space,the paper clarifies the function of structure in space form,function and space interface and explores the relationship between structure and space;Finally,through the project of the extreme sports hall of Nanjing National Skate Training Base,the paper explores the implementation of technical strategies in the design of the practical project.The whole thesis contains toughly about 47,000 words,290 figures.
