Precast structure conforms to the green,environmentally friendly and energy-saving architectural concept proposed by Chinese government,and complies with the development trend of “construction industrialization and housing industrialization”.It is one of the directions of architectural development.Based on the previous studies of the totally precast shear wall with vertical connection and horizontal connection,the thesis improves the original horizontal connection and proposes a new form of vertical connection(vertical connection of totally precast shear walls is made up of steel side columns,vertical connector and high-strength bolts),and the thesis conducts a series of experimental studies and theoretical analysis.The specific research work and conclusions are as follows:Five 1/2 scale test specimens are designed and manufactured,including one cast-in-place shear wall specimen and four totally precast shear wall specimens with horizontal connection and vertical connection.Through the pseudo static tests,the feasibility and reliability of the vertical connection proposed in this thesis are verified,and the seismic performance of the totally precast shear wall is studied from the aspects of strength,stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation capacity.In addition,by setting different parameters of the specimens,the effects of the connection mode at the bottom of the steel end column,the slot types of the vertical connector and the magnitude of friction on the basic mechanical properties of the totally precast shear wall and the working performance of the connectors were investigated.Through the experimental study,it is found that the steel end column,vertical connector and high-strength bolt proposed are feasible to be used as the vertical connection form of the totally precast shear wall.In the course of the experiment,all kinds of connectors,including steel end columns,vertical connectors,high-strength bolts,play different roles in the structure,which can effectively transfer the interaction between adjacent horizontal shear walls to ensure the structure to work cooperatively.The slippage-bearing mechanism of vertical connector can effectively improve the load capacity and deformation capacity of the specimens.The bearing of the double-short-hole specimen occurs earlier,which significantly improves the load capacity of the specimen.The bearing of the long-hole specimen occurs later,which does not significantly improve the bearing capacity.The lateral deformation capability of all specimens has been improved obviously.The bottom connection form of steel end column has little effect on the load capacity and has obvious effect on the lateral deformation of the specimens.The friction-slippage of vertical connector can effectively improve the energy dissipation capacity of the specimens,which is directly affected by the tension of the bolt and sliding distance.On the basis of test,the elastic analysis method of the totally precast shear wall with rigid and hinge steel end column is put forward by reasonable assumption and simplification,and this method is based on relative slip relation at vertical connector.The elastic analysis model is verified by the experimental data,and it is found that the calculation of the rigid connection model of the steel side column was closer to the test results,while the calculation value of the hinge model was smaller.And then a preliminary study is made into the internal force analysis model under peak load of rectangular totally precast shear wall with steel end column,and the internal force calculation method of the model is presented in this thesis.It provides ideas for the subsequent internal force analysis,and lays a foundation for the design of the ultimate state of load capacity of the totally precast shear wall.
