Research On The Supply-side Structural Reform Promoting The Reform Of Building Statistics System

The construction industry has been regarded as the pillar industry of our country which occupying an unshakable position in the national economy for a long time.The development of the construction industry has attracted the attention of people from all walks of life.The statistical statement system of the construction industry is the barometer of the development of the construction industry and the relationship between the two is inseparable.However,with the development of the construction industry,its problems are gradually exposed.Especially with the reform of supply-side structure,the requirements for the development of the construction industry and the reform of the statistical system are put forward,highlighting the problem that the statistical statement system of the construction industry and the engineering consulting service industry(collectively referred to as the building statistical statement system)can not match the development of the construction industry in broad concept very well.As a result,the building statistics statement system can not reflect the real development of the construction industry in broad concept.At the same time,with the emergence of some new formats,the relationship between construction industry and engineering consulting service industry has become more and more close,and the statistical system of the two has not been well linked,which is not conducive to showing the development pattern of the construction industry in broad concept.Based on the current situation of the development of construction industry and engineering consulting service industry,the main indicators based on the current statistical statement system to conduct in-depth analysis of the development of the construction industry is summarized and selected in this paper.At the same time,in view of the particularity of the engineering consulting service industry,the development of the engineering consulting service industry is deeply analyzed in terms of legal persons and business units.Then the requirement of development of the two industries under the new situation and new requirements and its influence on statistics are discussed and the problems existing in the current statistical statement system of the two industries are revealed.That is,there is no unified statistical statement system in the engineering consulting service industry and the statistical statement systems of subdivision industries have a high similarity in the form design.With the diversification of enterprises,the phenomenon of repeated reporting is serious.At the same time,the problems of census cross construction industry and engineering consulting service industry and the inability to identify duplicate filling data have been increased,with the popularization of.general contract of the design-building.On the basis of the analysis of the problems,the research on the reform of the building statistical statement system and the specific reform path are put forward.On the basis of the current statistical statement system of the subdivided industry,the integration and unification of the engineering consultancy service industry and the statistics of the broad construction industry are carried out.Besides,the corresponding supporting measures are also put forward in this paper.The results of this study could provide useful reference for promoting the reform of building statistics system and make it better adapt to the development of construction industry and engineering consulting service industry,simultaneously playing its statistical role with effect.
