The fragmentation of various engineering consulting services under the traditional consulting model is serious,and there is a lack of unified management and coordination among various consulting services.As a result,high-quality consulting services at all stages cannot be guaranteed,and various engineering consulting services only focus on immediate benefits and ignore the realization of the overall value of the project.The "1" and "N" in the "1+N" service model studied in this article represent project management services and various professional consulting services such as design,cost,and supervision,respectively.Through the overall planning and coordination of project management services,various professional consulting services form a whole to jointly serve the overall goals and values of the project.This is an important idea to solve the shortcomings of the traditional model,and this article conducts in-depth research on the application and effects of the "1+N" service model.Aiming at the problems encountered by engineering consulting companies in the application process,corresponding solutions are given for reference.This dissertation firstly reviewed the relevant literature,described the related theories of the "1+N" service model through the literature research method,and elaborated on the connotations and characteristics of "1" and "N" in the "1+N" service model.,To form a certain understanding of the "1+N" service model.Through theoretical analysis and expert opinions,the key points that engineering consulting companies must pay attention to when practicing the "1+N" service model and innovative billing models are summarized.Next,through the case analysis method combined with actual engineering cases,the specific application points of "1" and "N" in the "1+N" service model in the work of engineering consulting enterprises are studied,and the actual application effects are explained.The feasibility of N" service model application.Finally,research and analyze the causes of the problems encountered by engineering consulting companies in the process of using the "1+N"service model to carry out projects.Research shows that this problem is basically related to the "1" in the "1+N" service model,indicating that the level of project management determines whether an engineering consulting company can adapt to the changes brought about by the "1+N" service model.Several solutions to the above problems include the need for the power of the engineering consulting company in the whole process,improving the service level of the project chief consultant,and assisting the engineering consulting company to carry out management work with the help of software.Through in-depth research on the "1+N" service model,analyze the advantages and difficulties of the "1+N" service model,and prove and explain whether the "1+N" service model is worthy of application and promotion. |
