| The traction wheel is the bridge of the elevator tractor which bear the gravitational load and output torque,in the meantime,the tractor is the core component of the elevator.So the strength reliability of the interference fit which is the installation structure of the traction wheel,has a vital impact for the operation security of the elevator.In the most cases,the Engineer use the elastic theory to design and check the strength of interference fit.Now,wo try to use the elastic-plastic theory and introduce the hole structure to design interference fit,which can improve the accuracy of the calculation results and enrich the theoretical model.At the same time,this paper also account for fracture failure of the traction wheel.This paper also expand the theoretical application and analysis model for the structural design and strength check of interference fit.This paper take the failure case of interference fit of the traction wheel as the subject source.The first stage,we use the elastic-plastic theory to derivate the stress formula of the interference fit under elastic and elastic-plastic deformation condition.Secondly,under different magnitude of interference,the paper analyze the distribution of stress which is the round hole of traction wheel,rotor and traction wheel.Finally,according to the data of engineering failure cases,the paper establish the calculation model of the failure structure,and calculated and evaluated the deformation stage of the traction wheel.In the second stage,under the elastic and elastic-plastic deformation,we use the ANSYS to simulate and analyze the stress distribution of the interfere-ence fit.In the third stage,we use the JM3813 static strain gauge to test the residual stress of the traction wheel sample,wo also use the DHA1520036 dynamic strain gauge to test the dyna-mic stress when the magnitude of interference is 0.66 mm.By comparing the results,we verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation results under the elastic-plastic theory condition and the availability of the finite simulation analysis of the traction wheel.Finally,we measure the deformation of the traction wheel when it was being heated,and then calculate the thermal stress of the traction wheel.we analyze the stress concentration of the circular hole,the residual stress and the thermal stress of the traction wheel.The results: 1.The analysis results of interference fit of traction wheel under the elasticplastic theory condition are more accurate than those under the elastic theory condition,which is accord with the actual situation.2.In the design of interference connection of the traction wheel,if the engineer introduce the hole structure into the thick-walled cylinder model,so that the real strength of traction wheel can be obtained by numerical simulation.3.In the engineering case,the fracture failure of traction wheel is the result of three factors: superposition of the stress concentration of the circular hole,material residual stress and thermal stress.4.For the design of traction wheel,the numerical analysis of the interference connection structure in this paper is calculable,and has certain reference value. |
