With the rapid development of China's economy,the Internet of things has been closely related to our life,and the elevator Internet of things is also developing at a high speed.The safety of the elevator is perplexing us,so the remote monitoring of the elevator is the most urgent requirement in the elevator Internet of things.At present,there is little monitoring on elevator traction machine.Based on the elevator Internet of things,software and hardware cooperation and monitoring analysis technology,the elevator traction machine monitoring system is completed to monitor the elevator traction machine.First of all,a set of elevator traction analysis system is designed and the hardware system is finished.According to the theoretical and practical needs,the circuit system framework was first designed.According to the framework,the power module,embedded minimum system module,data sampling module,storage module and bus module circuit were designed.upon completing circuit system and testing the system,a set of system was completed without electrical contact with elevator machine room,car,track,that is,the hardware system for the elevator traction machine monitoring was finished.Then,the parameter acquisition program of elevator traction machine was finished,and the software system was built,then the data collection was done.Because the data collected in the running process of elevator traction machine is discrete signal,and the amount of data collected is relatively large,so the fast Fourier transform(FFT)and Nyquist sampling Theorem were used and the operation characteristics of the elevator traction machine are programmed.After the data collection,the program separates the electric parameters of each circuit,calculates its effective value and demand,and completes the collection of the operation parameters of the elevator traction machine.Finally,data analysis and data mining are carried out based on MATLAB.When the elevator is running,the electromechanical parameters of the elevator traction machine are collected,and the electrical parameters such as up,down and idle are monitored and analyzed in time domain and frequency domain.The time-domain and frequency-domain analysis is carried out to predict the stability of the elevator,and the maintenance suggestions are given to make the maintenance work faster,more accurate and on-demand maintenance.The prediction based on the analysis of time-frequency and frequency-domain of electrical parameters has certain reference function for the whole life cycle of elevator.
