As a representative of modern industrialization of bridge construction,segmental precast technology is an international advanced technology and a green manufacturing technology conforming to the national development strategy.The engineering practice of such technology is relatively few in China.And the design,construction and acceptance are lack of standardization.There is a lack of detailed guidance documents such as design,construction guide and implementation manual at the operational level.Continuous rigid frame bridge without support is a kind of complete design bridge.Its pier beam is consolidated,and the whole bridge has no support.The size of pier body is small,and the span adaptability is strong.Combined with segmental precast technology can effectively save project investment,improve the quality and durability of project,and reduce the postmaintenance and operation costs of the owner.At the same time,efficient structure brings challenges to design and manufacturing.Based on continuous rigid frame bridge without support,this article conducts in-depth research on how to make safe,efficient and high-quality precast segment production,covering precast yard design,precast process,segmental precast core technology,and etc.The corresponding solutions are proposed for the aspects of the precast yard size estimation,the overall design of the precast yard,the optimization of the precast process,the improvement of the production efficiency,the analysis of fabrication camber and erection camber,short-line precast geometry control,etc.Segmental precast technology has been applied in Zhengzhou Fourth Ring Road,which has a good effect and a certain demonstration significance,and lays a foundation for further improving industrialized and standardized production of segmental precast.
