| With the introduction of the concept of "Smart City",the intelligent elevator control system of buildings has begun to enter the life of people.It not only improves the utilization and service life of the elevator,but also prevents the non-owners from taking the elevator casually,protecting the rights and interests of the owners,and providing users with a safe,comfortable and efficient elevator environment.However,the existing intelligent elevator control system is expensive.It is only put into use in high-end communities,and many ordinary communities don’t use the intelligent elevator control system.In the future,with the advancement of the "Smart City",intelligent elevator control system will be applied to elevators of many communities in China.In this paper,the intelligent elevator control system is developed and designed based on STM32F103ZET6 chip.The system has the characteristics of low cost,high security,easy expansion and stable performance.It meets the functions of card swiping authentication,fire fighting linkage and elevator riding of visitor.The system is mainly divided into two parts: hardware design and software design.The hardware includes elevator control controller and RFID card reader.The elevator control controller includes STM32 microprocessor,DC-DC,DIP,clock module,LED,CAN and RS485 communication module.The RFID card reader includes radio frequency card reader chip,antenna,electric relay,DIP and RS485 communication module.Through the circuit design of the above components and the selection of the types of components,the intelligent elevator controller with STM32F103ZET6 chip as the core is connected to the elevator,RFID card reader,host computer and external software is used to design the software of the elevator control system.It is designed on the basis of CMSIS software architecture and system software flow sequence,including the completion of the system initialization.The CAN communication protocol,RS485 communication protocol and the design of the RFID card reader software.Finally,on Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0 and Windows platform,Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development tool is used to design host computer software and realize the management function of upper computer software.After the design of the intelligent elevator control system is completed by using embedded method,RFID radio frequency technology,CAN and RS485 communication mode.Finally,it’s necessary to test and analyze the system to ensure that it meets the functional requirements of the system,and the system can run steadily and conform to the design requirements. |
