With the rapid development of economy and sociality and continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's requirement for accommodation is getting higher and higher.Insulating glass which has great noise insulation,heat insulation and other excellent performance is widely used in construction industry.On accout of the low automation level of domestic insulation glass production process and scatterd localities of glass production factories,it is unable to meet the growing market demand.To improve the efficiency of insulating glass production,it's very necessary toachieve the intelligent,automated,digital insulating glass processing line.Insulating glass storage system is the core of insulating glass processing equipment,which has low localization rate and mainly relies on imported products,of which cost is relatively high.Producing a set of insulating glass storage system which is based on automated production technology is not only but also necessary urgent.This paper firstly introduces development status of insulating glass warehousing system at home and abroad,and then summarizes the motion mechanism and electrical control of insulating glass storage at home and abroad is also summarized.The overall design and planning of insulating glass storage intelligent production line are carried out in detail:design of the access and storage mechanism,conveying equipment and control device of insulating glass intelligent storage,and function design of upper storage software.The system block diagram of the equipment is described in detail,operation mode,motion control flow,electrical connection diagram,host computer design and so on.In order to successfully access the insulating glass intelligent storage production line,the related hardware and software in the system are planned and unified.By theorectical analysis and calculation,the selection method of servo drives and motors is described to meet the performance matching requirements of industrial machinery.For the position control of the servo PID system,this paper establishes a mathematical model to achieve the function of tuning and determining PID parameters of the servo system.The result of software simulation and actual measurement of the exact location validate the proposed design of system.In order to monitor and schedule insulating glass intelligent storage system in all the equipment,this paper develops PC system.The analysis results demonstrates that the insulating glass intelligent storage production line proposed in this paper can monitor the movement parameters in real time,realize the precise position control accurate position control function,high reliability,improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of production,have a good market prospects.
