Elevator as vertical transportation tool, in building plays important role, undertakes the large influx of people and logistics conveyor task. as people living standard rise of elevator performance, such as the reliability, comfort, low noise, low energy consumption, easy to operate etc required more and more is also high. At present, the drag technology has developed to FM pressure regulating speed, the microcontroller control lift the run of human-simulated intelligent control technology through a rational choice and design, can effectively improve the elevator control levels, greatly improving the elevator operates intimacy, which makes elevator control achieved ideal control effect.This paper mainly studies the content in the following aspects:1. Research the elevator control system, control of elevator bus type control possible. Will the elevator control function is divided into several modules, and with different controller finish each part particular functions.2. Analyzes the characteristics of elevator running is designed for AT89S52 SCM as the core of the main controller namely elevator controller. It is the main part of the elevator control system, responsible for the entire elevator operating control.3. Based on the characteristics of elevator running and people to the elevator intimacy requirements unceasing enhancement, puts forward human-simulated intelligent PID control, makes the elevator operates more stable.4. Study design the control of elevator complete uplink acceleration and deceleration, uplink upward to smooth layer, down, down, down decelerate speed again smooth layer, maintenance and repair descending and ascending calls operation process. Uplink and downlink realized the central controller of control and for software design were introduced.5. Analysis of the traditional PID control algorithm of foundation, the union human-simulated intelligent method, design of human-simulated intelligent control of PID control algorithm, Based on AT89S52 SCM and realize the PID controller, in practice by than conventional PID controller is superior performance of the controller.
