In the power system,the high-voltage switchgear plays the role of controlling of power on and off and protection in the process of power generation,transmission,distribution,power conversion and consumption,and is an indispensable equipment for ensuring the effective operation of the transmission network.With the increase of grid capacity and voltage level in power grid construction,the requirements for grid power supply stability are also higher.The normal operation of high voltage switchgear is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of the grid.The effective monitoring of the partial discharge and temperature of the switchgear helps to master the operating state of the switchgear and ensure the stable operation of the switchgear.At present,in the monitoring of switchgear,manual inspection has high cost of labor and time,and the detection efficiency is low.Most online monitoring is focused on only partial discharge or temperature,make it difficult to fully get the operating state of the switchgear.The thesis designs and implements a partial discharge and temperature monitoring system for high voltage switchgear.It aim at monitoring the operating status of the switchgear,finding faults in time,and providing reference information for the inspection of the switchgear.By analyzing and comparing various partial discharge detection technologies and temperature measurement techniques,combined with the structural characteristics of the switchgear,the transient earth voltage method and infrared on-line temperature detection are selected as the partial discharge detection and temperature detection technology for the switchgear.Based on the research of transient earth voltage method and infrared temperature detection principle,partial discharge detection module and temperature detection module are designed respectively.Partial discharge detection and temperature detection are integrated into one sensor with special structure,and partial discharge information and temperature information are obtained,leading to more fully monitoring of the operating status of the switchgear.Based on the Internet of Things architecture,the thesis realizes Modbusbased communication between the sensor and gateway,as well as the uploading of data.Based on Web technology,the switchgear partial discharge and temperature monitoring platform is designed on the cloud server.The back-end part,front-end interface and data interface of the monitoring platform is implemented.Finally,the paper tests the sensor partial discharge and temperature detection module,communication between the sensor and gateway and the REST API data interface.The test results show the effectiveness of system monitoring.
