The Design And Application Of Elevator Prognostic And Health Management System For A Company

Over the past ten years,China's elevator industry has experienced a period of rapid rise.As the number of elevators continues to increase,the number of accidents caused by elevator failures has also increased.As a special equipment,more than 60% of the faults are caused by improper maintenance,use and management.However,the current hard regulation for maintenance every 15 days cannot be adjusted according to the actual conditions of the elevator.A large number of old elevators are in a state of insufficient maintenance.This has also led to research on targeted maintenance,fault prediction and scientific management of elevators.These contents are also lacking or need to be improved in A Company's existing business.This paper improves the ability of enterprise maintenance services and elevator management by introducing prognostic and health management systems for A Company.Through the internal and external demand analysis,the overall structure and research focus of the system are determined.Establish a fault prediction model,analyze and learn the data collected by the remote service system,and predict the occurrence of elevator failure.Add health management functions to the maintenance system and analyze its application effects.Finally,the model failure prediction rate constructed by the decision tree classifier is more than 80%.Designing a combination of basic maintenance and dynamic adjustment for the maintenance business,achieving targeted state maintenance,effectively improving maintenance efficiency,reducing maintenance costs,and reducing downtime.
