Motorcycle-vehicle collision accidents occur frequently in China every year,causing huge casualties and property losses.However,in the future,motorcycles will continue to be the main means of transportation in second and third tier cities and rural areas.Research and prevention of motorcycle-vehicle collision accidents has become particularly important.In this paper,the combined dummy model and Facet model are proposed,and the reverse reconstruction method is used to simulate and reproduce the collision accident to assist the traffic police department in determining the responsibility of the accident.In order to solve the contradiction between simulation time and precision,this paper proposes a multi-rigid dummy model as the main body,and the local refined analysis parts are replaced by the finite element model method.And then the automatic generation program of combined dummy is customized to save modeling time.Finally,the accuracy and feasibility of this combined dummy model are fully verified by the partial blunt simulation,vehicle crash simulation and comparable simulation.This paper also proposes the Facet model,which can not only reconstruct the appearance of the vehicle more accurately than the rigid body model,but also save more simulation time than the finite element model.Based on these two models,the coupling system among rider,motorcycle and road has been achieved through the grip and the tire model.Finally,the real motorcycle motion is simulated to verify the correction of this coupling system.Based on the combined dummy model and Facet vehicle model,this paper reconstructs the accident for three real cases.In order to obtain the initial conditions,photogrammetry,photogrammetry and multi-rigid simulation combined method and multi-objective optimization method based on NSGA-II algorithm and agent model are adopted respectively.In the multi-objective optimization method,the response surface model is used as proxy model.The initial conditions obtained by the above methods are brought into the simulation system,and the simulation results are compared with the accident basic information,monitoring video and forensic identification report to verify the accuracy of the reconstruction method fully.
