Rubber shock absorbers are widely used in ships,automobiles,trains,airplanes,and construction projects because of their light weight,small size,and convenient installation and use,the quality of the rubber shock absorber is directly related to the performance and service life of the equipment.In the test research of rubber shock absorbers,dynamic and static performance parameters are important criteria for testing the quality of rubber shock absorbers.The static performance parameter is mainly the static stiffness,which can reflect the hardness of the rubber shock absorber mixture.The dynamic performance parameters include dynamic stiffness,loss coefficient,and damping coefficient.The main function is to store external deformation energy and damping deformation energy.The dynamic performance parameters will directly affect the vibration damping performance of the shock absorber.Generally,the vibration transmission rate is used instead of the rubber shock absorber.Vibration damping effect,and the value of dynamic stiffness is an important index to measure the performance of the shock absorber.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First of all,this subject starts from the actual needs,and the main purpose is to design a rubber shock absorber test system for data acquisition,automatic analysis,processing and display.In the design aspect,the overall design principles,hardware design principles,and software design principles of the test system are proposed,and the design requirements of the system are also introduced.According to the test standards,the dynamic and static performance parameters are analyzed,including the theoretical calculation formulas and methods of static stiffness,dynamic stiffness and dynamic magnification.Secondly,the control principle between the motor and the speed sensor is explained in the hardware design scheme,and then the hardware required in the design scheme is selected including the magnetoelectric speed sensor,piezoelectric accelerometer,instrumentation amplifier,and data acquisition card.Model,and lists the performance parameters of the selected hardware.In terms of software design,according to the requirements of the rubber shock absorber characteristic test,the design of the automatic loading and motor control system was designed,and the corresponding function design of the host computer based on LabVIEW was performed,including parameter input,data acquisition,data processing,The real-time display,data storage,and result printing function modules complete the compilation of the entire host computer to achieve parameter detection of the rubber shock absorber.Finally,the rubber shock absorber samples were tested by the YSZD-CYTF6 vibration test bench.The test items were static stiffness test,dynamic stiffness test and fatigue test.The rubber shock absorber test pieces were detected in real time on the front panel of the test system.Results of relevant parameters such as dynamic and static stiffness dynamic curves,dynamic magnification values,and fatigue tests.According to the relevant testing standards,by analyzing the results of each parameter,it is proved that the software test system meets the requirements of the test within the error range.The literature and the analysis of the design of the test bed verify the scientificity and rationality of the hardware design scheme in this study.In addition,this research also provides corresponding technical basis for further research on the replacement,maintenance and dynamic characteristics analysis of rubber shock absorbers.
