Design And Research On Test Bench For Damping And Static Load Characteristics Of Motorcycle Shock Absorber

Shock absorber is one of the key parts of motorcycle,and it is an important tool to weaken vibration for motorcycle.According to the newly revised in 2008 of the motorcycle and portable motorcycle shock absorber test conditions and test methods(QC/T 61-2008),newly added static load characteristics test project,as well as the existing shock absorber test bench of high cost,low efficiency,single function and other testing problem,our team joint Jiangsu star shock absorber Co.Ltd.design and develop the motorcycle shock absorber test-bed of damping characteristics and static load characteristics test,in this paper,the damping characteristics are measured by the indicator characteristic and the velocity characteristic,and the indicator diagram is also the most typical form of damping characteristics.The test bench of shock absorber has the function of damping characteristics test and static load characteristics test,economy applicable,high work efficiency.Firstly,this paper using Solid Works software to complete the entity structure model of a certain type of shock absorber and its main components.According to working principle and the two main characteristic of shock absorber,as well as the overall design principle,the specific scheme of the mechanical parts function of the test bed was proposed respectively.Among them,the design plan of indicator characteristics adopts double location,the use of eccentric institutions provide sinusoidal vibration signal,and the design plan of static load characteristics test choose the type of screw nut mechanism.Then mechanical structure model of the test bench is modeled by Solid Works 3D modeling software.Secondly,designing the test system of shock absorber test-bed.According to the overall design of hardware system and main technical indicators of test-bed,draw the electrical control circuit,select the appropriate components,complete the electrical control cabinet.Then on the basis of finishing the hardware part of test system,based on C++ Builder 6.0 software and Windows XP system,according to the module analysis,design respectively test software of indicator characteristic and static load characteristics,including software function modules,flow chart,the software program and so on.The last but not least,on a motorcycle rear shock absorber for the indicator characteristics test and on front shock absorber of a scooter for the static load characteristics test,set test parameters,record test data,analysis of experimental results,and deeply consider main factors that affect indicator characteristics and static load characteristics of shock absorber,to guide the development and production of shock absorber.
