| With the development of The Times,the internet of everything and the rapid development of science and technology,the establishment of financial sharing center,which depend on information technology and the "Internet plus",has become an important measure for group-type enterprises to deepen their reform of system and the transformation of finance and digital.Through the use of big data,mobile Internet,cloud computing and the other information technology,the financial sharing center realizes the centralization,intellectualization and digitization of the business finance of l group-type enterprises,and improves their management efficiency.With the further promotion and exploration of the financial sharing center mode,the idea of combining the financial sharing center mode with the integration of industry and finance has set off a new wave of financial management.X company,which is a large-scale construction enterprise,has many subsidiaries and scattered project construction sites.It is more necessary to optimize and reengineer the business financial process of the company scattered in each subsidiary and project department through the integration of business and finance under the mode of Financial Sharing Center,so as to realize the company’s centralized and standardized management and enhance the company’s core competitiveness.Through the methods of literature research,survey analysis and case study,this paper first takes X company as an example to analyze its basic situation and the current situation of industry finance integration under the mode of Financial Sharing Center.It is found that the financial sharing center mode provides conditions for the financial integration of the company,and the financial integration further promotes the optimization and upgrading of the financial sharing center mode.Promoting the financial integration under the financial sharing center mode is the only way for the company to realize the strategic deployment,optimize the enterprise management and promote the financial transformation.Then the paper finds that there are still some problems in the financial integration under the current financial sharing center mode,such as low integration degree of system,insufficient platform functions,some business processes still need to be optimized and reconstituted,unclear organizational function positioning,incomplete structure,imperfect personnel management system,and poor communication between business and finance.Finally,for the above problems,this paper analyses the reason and put forward the corresponding optimization measures,specific measures to strengthen system integration,extended platform function,deepening and reengineering business process refinement,specification,optimizing organization structure,organization clearly positioning,perfect competition,training,motivation,communication,development management system.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of enterprise financial sharing center and integration of industry and finance,and the research on a construction enterprise represented by X company,fills in the research field that there are few researches on the interaction between financial sharing and integration of industry and finance in the construction industry in China.The study comes to the following conclusions: first,financial sharing promotes financial integration,and financial integration promotes financial sharing optimization and upgrading.The two are complementary and mutually promoting.The second,the integration of business and finance under the mode of financial sharing center is a necessary way for the long-term development of enterprises.The third,the smooth implementation of financial integration under the financial sharing center mode needs the support of system,business process,organization,personnel management and other aspects.The author hopes to provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry by studying the integration of business and finance under the mode of financial sharing center of the company. |
